I am also a member of the Idaho Person-Centered Planning Project (see our website: http://www.idahocdhd.org/DNN/Default.aspx?alias=www.idahocdhd.org/dnn/personcenteredplanning ) and as an experienced PCP specialist and support broker, I am happy to help with pre-planning activities and help set up a Person-Centered Plan, ie MAPS, PATHs focusing on longer term goals from which annual goals and needs can be determined. PCP can work well with Self-Direction and traditional plans as well. There are 3 other great specialists in Ada and Canyon Counties and a total of 12 of us in Idaho.
